Staal will be a healthy scratch on Thursday vs. New York.

Staal somehow managed an even plus/minus in Philadelphia's 9-3 loss to Montreal on Tuesday but will be the odd man out of the lineup on Thursday as Egor Zamula returns. The 37-year-old veteran defenseman has had a season to forget in his first year in Philadelphia, with a goal and five points, 14 PIMs, 20 SOG and a +2 plus/minus in 35 games played.

Zamula will draw back into the Flyers' lineup on Thursday vs. New York.

Zamula has been a healthy scratch for the Flyers' previous three games but will draw back in on Thursday vs. the Rangers as he takes the spot of Marc Staal. The 24-year-old has enjoyed a solid breakout season in 2023-24, with five goals, 20 points, 58 SOG, 32 PIMs and his +1 plus/minus through 63 games played.

Atkinson will draw back into the Flyers' lineup on Thursday vs. the Rangers.

Atkinson was a healthy scratch for Philadelphia's previous game but will draw back in on Thursday as Olle Lycksell is a healthy scratch. The 34-year-old is having his least productive season since 2012-13, with his 13 goals, 15 assists, 174 SOG, 25 PIMs and -22 plus/minus through 67 games played this year.

Ohgren will make his NHL debut on Friday in Vegas after appearing in three games for Iowa (AHL) after a full season in the Swedish Elite League with Farjestad BK. The 20-year-old left-winger is Minnesota's 2022 first-round pick (20th overall) and had an impressive 12 goals and 19 points in 26 games with Farjestad BK before being sent to North America.

Liam Ohgren
Morrison is expected to be a healthy scratch on Thursday vs. San Jose.

Morrison played his first game since March 30th on Tuesday but will return to the press box as a healthy scratch on Thursday. The 21-year-old Morrison has spent most of the season in the AHL, scoring 40 points (15G / 25A) in 60 games with the Coachella Valley Firebirds.

Logan Morrison
Clarke is expected to draw back into the Devils' lineup on Thursday in Toronto.

Tomas Nosek will not play on Thursday due to an undisclosed injury, allowing Clarke to re-enter the lineup. The 22-year-old Clarke recently made his NHL debut but has spent most of the season in the AHL, scoring 47 points (23G / 24A) in 64 games with the Utica Comets.

Fix-Wolansky will draw back into the Blue Jackets' lineup on Thursday in Florida.

Fix-Wolansky has been among the league leaders in the AHL for the past two seasons but has been unable to translate that success to the NHL level, scoring only four points (2G / 2A) in 25 career games with the Blue Jackets. The 24-year-old has 58 points (24G / 34A) in 55 games with the Cleveland Monsters (AHL) this season.
