Myers hasn't played since October 26th, so he'll go to the Toronto Marlies to get some game action in. With Jani Hakanpaa now off IR, it could be a while before Myers gets back in the Maple Leafs' lineup.

Merkulov has enjoyed a strong start to his AHL season, tying for the team lead with 11 points (2G / 9A) in 12 games. The Bruins are looking to add some offence to their lineup, so Merkulov could make his season debut. He failed to record a point in four NHL games a season ago.
Ohgren was recalled to fill the roster spot vacated by Mats Zuccarello, who was placed on injured reserve earlier on Friday due to a lower-body injury. Ohgren is yet to register a point in seven games with the Wild this season.
Kulich was recalled to fill the roster spot vacated by Tage Thompson, who was placed on injured reserve with a lower-body injury. Kulich has one goal and zero assists in eight games with the Sabres this season.
With Pyotr Kochetkov (undisclosed) doubt for Saturday's game against the Ottawa Senators, in addition to Frederik Andersen (lower body) being out long-term, the Hurricanes have recalled Perets from the Chicago Wolves (AHL). If Kochetkov is not able to suit up on Saturday, Perets will likely serve as the backup to Spencer Martin. The 24-year-old Perets has a 3.67 GAA and .825 SV% in three games with the Wolves (AHL) this season.
Wagner played 12 games with the Avalanche this season, scoring one point (1G / 0A), but will report to the Eagles (AHL) after clearing waivers. The 33-year-old Wagner has 66 points (39G / 27A) in 385 career NHL games.
With Alexandar Georgiev sidelined, day-to-day, due to an upper-body injury, the Avalanche have recalled Miner from the Colorago Eagles (AHL) to back up Justus Annunen. The 23-year-old Miner has never played an NHL game and has a 2.34 GAA and .905 SV% in six games with the Eagles this season (3-2-1).
