Schneider will start Tuesday in Detroit. Tonight will be Schneider's first start since January 18th. He was pulled after giving up four goals on 17 shots in the Devils 5-0 loss in Columbus. Schneider is still looking for his first win of the season, going 0-6-1 with a 4.65 GAA and .852 SV% thus far. Korpisalo will start Tuesday in Minnesota. Korpisalo allowed one goal on 15 shots after replacing an injured Elvis Merzlikins in the Blue Jackets overtime win over the Senators last night. Tonight will be his first start since December 29th and he comes in at 18-10-4 with a 2.48 GAA and .914 SV% on the season. Vasilevskiy will start Tuesday vs. the Maple Leafs. Vasilevskiy gave up seven goals on 41 shots in the Lightning’s loss in Arizona on Saturday. Vasilevskiy has started struggling out of the blue, giving up 12 goals on the last 74 shots (.838 SV%) that he’s faced. Demko will start Tuesday in Montreal. Demko allowed five goals on 28 shots in the Canucks loss to the Ducks on February 16th. With Jacob Markstrom hurt, Demko will start tonight in Montreal and will look to snap his two-game losing streak. Price will start Tuesday vs. the Canucks. Price stopped all 30 shots that he faced in the Canadiens shutout win in Ottawa on Saturday. After a five-game losing streak, Price has turned in back-to-back wins while stopping 59 of the 62 shots (.952 SV%) that he’s faced. He stopped 38 of 39 shots in a winning effort in his first start vs. the Canucks, who are coming off of an impressive 9-3 win over the Bruins on Saturday. Source: Pat Hickey
Andersen will start Tuesday in Tampa Bay. Andersen allowed six goals on 47 shots in the Maple Leafs loss to the Hurricanes on Saturday. Andersen has struggled since returning from injury, going 1-4-0 with a 3.85 GAA and .873 SV% in five games. Bernier led the Red Wings onto the ice for warmups. Bernier surrendered three goals on 30 shots in the Red Wings loss to the Flames on Sunday. Bernier's numbers have fallen off a bit lately, going 1-5-0 with a 3.27 GAA and .896 SV% in his last seven games (six starts). Khudobin will start Tuesday in Carolina. Khudobin stopped 31 of 32 shots in the Stars win over the Blackhawks on Sunday. Khudobin has yet to lose in regulation in February, going 4-0-1 with a 2.11 GAA and .931 SV% in six games (five starts). Binnington will start Tuesday vs. the Blackhawks. Binnington allowed one goal on 33 shots in the Blues win in Minnesota on Sunday. Binnington has been red-hot as of late, winnings three in a row while posting a 0.33 GAA, .984 SV% and two shutouts. Bobrovsky will start Thursday in Arizona. Bobrovsky allowed five goals on 40 shots in the Panthers loss in Los Angeles last Thursday. He was given Saturday night off but will make his 47th start tonight in Arizona. Bobrovsky has gone 10-10-3 with a 3.39 GAA and .892 SV% on the road this season. Smith will start Tuesday in Anaheim. Smith stopped 21 of 23 shots in the Flames win in Los Angeles on Sunday. Smith has been excellent in February, going 5-1-1 with a 2.53 GAA and .920 SV% in his last seven starts. Gibson led the Ducks onto the ice for warmups. Gibson allowed six goals on 28 shots in the Ducks loss to the Golden Knights on Sunday. Gibson has lost five of his last six starts (1-3-2) while posting a 3.36 GAA and .893 SV%.
