Brodie missed the Maple Leafs' game Sunday due to a rib injury and will now head to the injured reserve as a result. It is the second time an injury has forced Brodie out this season, as he has two goals, six assists, 36 SOG and a +8 plus/minus through 28 games prior to the injury.

Bertuzzi last played on Nov. 30th due to a hand injury but will return to the Red Wings' lineup Tuesday as they take on the Winnipeg Jets. The 27-year-old has one goal, three assists, 22 SOG and four PIMs through nine games so far this year. In his return, he will slot back in on the Red Wings' top line with Dylan Larkin and Lucas Raymond.
