Mrazek will start Saturday vs. the Stars.

Mrazek allowed three goals on 21 shots in the Hurricanes loss in New Jersey last Sunday. Curtis McElhinney has started the last two games, including last night, so Mrazek will face the Stars on Saturday. Mrazke is 6-5-1 with a 2.93 GAA, .883 SV% and one shutout in 12 games on home-ice this season.

Khudobin will start Saturday in Carolina.

Khudobin allowed five goals on 21 shots in the Stars loss in Tampa Bay on Thursday. Khudobin has gone 2-2-1 with a 2.65 GAA and .922 SV% in five February starts. With Ben Bishop still out, Khudobin will make his 25th start of the season on Saturday. The 32-year-old has gone 5-8-3 with a 2.66 GAA and .921 SV% on the road this year.

Brossoit will start Saturday vs. the Senators.

Brossoit allowed five goals on 32 shots in the Jets loss in Ottawa last Saturday. Brossoit will get another crack at the Senators tonight and comes in having lost his last two starts while allowing a combined eight goals on 63 shots (.873 SV%). The 25-year-old has gone 5-0-1 with a 1.81 GAA and .953 SV% on home-ice this season.

Khudobin will start Thursday vs. the Lightning.

Khudobin stopped all 30 shots that he faced in the Stars shutout win in Florida on Tuesday. Khudobin has played extremely well since the Christmas break, going 4-3-1 with a 1.50 GAA, .954 SV% and two shutouts in eight starts. In his first start against the Lightning (Jan.15), Khudobin stopped 19 of 21 shots in a 2-0 loss.

Khudobin allowed three goals on 39 shots in the Stars loss in Arizona on Saturday. With Ben Bishop still sidelined, Khudobin will make his third consecutive start on Tuesday. Khudobin has stopped his previous two outings and is 4-7-3 with a 2.59 GAA, .923 SV% and one shutout on the road this season.

Curtis McElhinney started the last two games, including last night, so look for Mrazek to start Friday in New York. In his first start against the Rangers, Mrazek recorded the ‘W’ despite allowing five goals on 24 shots (Oct.7).

The Ducks have recalled Andy Welinski from San Diego (AHL).

Welinski, 25, has split his 2018-19 season right down the middle, playing 19 NHL games and 18 AHL games. With Korbinian Holzer returning to Germany for a family matter, Welinski has been called up and is expected to play on Thursday. The former third-round pick has two assists with the Ducks this year and four assists in 26 career NHL games overall.

Khudobin allowed just one goal on 39 shots in the Stars win in Nashville on Saturday. Khudobin has been phenomenal lately and will get another crack at the Predators tonight. Despite posting a 1.33 GAA, .959 SV% and one shutout in his last six starts, Khudobin has gone 3-3-0.
