Lagace allowed seven goals on 29 shots before leaving Tuesday’s game in Edmonton with an injury. He has now won just two of his seven starts (+ one relief appearance) while posting a brutal 4.12 GAA and .860 SV%. No disrespect, but he was the Golden Knights’ fourth string goalie for a reason, so he’s a very risky fantasy option.

Talbot allowed two goals on 24 shots in the Oilers’ win over the Golden Knights on Tuesday. Talbot has now won three of his last four starts as he and the Oilers look to get this season back on track after coming into the year as Stanley Cup hopefuls. However, he will be in tough against a really quality Blues team that enters play at 13-5-1.

Grubauer stopped all six shots that he faced in relief of Braden Holtby on Tuesday. He will get a rare opportunity to start with a fresh team in front of him and that should help his search for his first win of the season. He has been one of the best spot-start options in the NHL over the years, but has struggled mightily this year—a meeting with the Avalanche could be the remedy he needs.

Allen allowed six goals on 36 shots in the Blues’ loss in Calgary on Monday. It was a rough way to start a road trip for Allen, who has now allowed a combined 10 goals in his last two starts. Tonight won’t get any easier as the trip rolls through Edmonton to meet Connor McDavid and the Oilers.

Markstrom allowed three goals on 29 shots in the Canucks loss in San Jose last Saturday. Anders Nilsson started and got the win on Tuesday, but they’ll still go back to Markstrom tonight vs. Vegas. The Golden Knights have struggled on the road this season, making Markstrom one of the better options on tonight’s big slate.

Jones stooped 26 of 27 shots in the Sharks win in Los Angeles on Sunday. Jones has now won four of his last five starts while holding opponents to two or less goals in four of those games. Tonight he will face a high-scoring Panthers team, but remains a solid option on home-ice.

Khudobin allowed three goals on 33 shots in the Bruins loss in Toronto last Friday. With Tuukka Rask struggling last night, Khudobin draws tonight’s game in Los Angeles. The 31-year-old is 3-0-2 with a 2.60 GAA and .923 SV% in six appearances so far this season.

Varlamov surrendered four goals on 32 shots in Colorado’s loss to Ottawa in Sweden last Friday. With the loss, Varlamov moves to 6-3-1 with a 3.18 GAA and .908 SV% on the season and tonight he gets a chance to face his former team on home ice, where he is 3-0-1 with a 3.24 GAA and .914 SV% this season.

Elliott gave up one goal on 18 shots in the Flyers’ loss in Minnesota on Tuesday. Elliott has stopped 81 of the last 84 shots (.964 SV%) he has faced in his last three starts, but has been on the wrong end of two Devan Dubnyk shutouts in his last two starts. He draws a tough matchup against a Jets team that has won six of their last eight (6-1-1).
