Murray was set to miss his third straight game tonight and the Blue Jackets moved him to IR in order to make room to activate Matt Clavert (upper-body).

Calvert has been sidelined by an upper-body injury since November 4th, but could return to the lineup tonight in Washington. To make room for Calvert, the Blue Jackets have moved Ryan Murray (upper-body) on IR. Calvert has three goals and eight assists (eight points) in 14 games this season.

Allen allowed one goal on seven shots after replacing Carter Hutton in last night’s loss to the Kings. Dubnyk allowed two goals on 31 shots in the Wild’s win over the Golden Knights on Thursday. Dubnyk wrapped up the month of November at 7-4-1 with a 2.67 GAA, .916 SV% and three shutouts. Weber has missed the last six games with a lower-body injury, but took part in today’s morning skate and it looks like he will play tonight vs. the Red Wings. Weber skated with Jordie Benn this morning and will likely take his spot back on the top power play unit as well. Monitor his status during pre-game warmups, but it looks like the hulking defenseman will play tonight. He has 13 points (4G / 9A) in 20 games this season.

Vasilevskiy allowed three goals on 36 shots in the Lightning’s 3-2 loss in Boston on Wednesday. After a rough start, Vasilevskiy was able to give the Lightning a chance at winning, but the comeback fell short. Holtby allowed three goals on 25 shots in the Capitals’ 5-2 loss to the Kings. The boxscore made Holtby’s night looks worse than it was, but the Kings added two late empty netters to seal Holtby’s third loss in six starts. Holtby finished November at 8-3-0 with a 2.51 GAA and .919 SV% and tonight he starts vs. the Blue Jackets on home ice, where he has seven wins in 11 starts.

Fasching has picked up six goals and three assists (nine points) in 21 games with Rochester. Fasching has just three points (1G / 2A) in his first 17 career NHL games and likely won’t be the answer the Sabres are searching for after being shutout for the third straight game.

Price allowed three goals on 31 shots in the Canadiens win in Detroit on Thursday. Since returning from injury, Price has won four straight while posting a 1.25 GAA, .962 SV% and one shutout. Bobrovsky allowed two goals on 27 shots in the Blue Jackets loss in Montreal on Monday. With two back-to-backs this week, Joonas Korpisalo has started the last two contests, so Bobrovsky will obviously start tonight in Washington. Bobrovsky wrapped up November at 7-3-1 with a 1.88 GAA, .936 SV% and two shutouts. He’s one of the top netminders in the NHL and is a must-start whenever he gets the nod.

The rough outing snapped a nice four-game winning streak for Lundqvist, who is expected to make his 23rd start of the season tonight. In his first start vs. the Hurricanes, Lundqvist stopped 32 of 33 shots in a 6-1 win in Carolina.

After a one-game absence with a hyperextended elbow, Montour is expected to replace the traded Sami Vatanen in the lineup on Friday. Vatanen’s exit makes Montour a more appealing fantasy asset and he comes into tonight with 13 points (6G / 7A) in 24 games this season.
