Kahkonen has been loaned to the Colorado Eagles (AHL) on a conditioning assignment.

Kahkonen has not played a game in the AHL since the 2019-20 season. The 28-year-old Kahkonen had a poor 2023-24 campaign split between the San Jose Sharks and New Jersey Devils, posting a 3.64 GAA and .898 SV%, but could get an opportunity at the crease in Colorado if Georgiev and Annunen are unable to provide consistent efforts.

Fleury has been recalled from Coachella Valley (AHL).

Fleury has not drawn into Seattle's lineup yet this season, but with Vince Dunn (upper body) not eligible to return from LTIR yet, Fleury has been recalled from Coachella Valley (AHL) several times over the last week. That said, Fleury has been a stranger to NHL action over the last several seasons. After playing 41 games with the Montreal Canadiens in his rookie season in 2019-20, the 25-year-old Fleury has only played 22 combined NHL games since. Last season with Coachella Valley, Fleury had 36 points (7G / 29A) in 65 games.

The Maple Leafs have sent Dennis Hildeby to Toronto (AHL).

Hildeby was called up prior to the season-opening game for the Maple Leafs after Joseph Woll went out of the lineup with a lower-body injury. The 23-year-old Hildeby was limited to action in back-to-back contests, posting mixed results with a 4.03 GAA and .869 SV% in two outings (1-1-0).

The Avalanche have reassigned Ritchie to Oshawa (OHL).

The 27th overall pick in the 2023 NHL Entry Draft, Ritchie will return to Oshawa after registering one goal and no assists in seven games with the Avalanche. Ritchie will play an integral role in his final OHL season with the Generals and is likely to play on Team Canada at the upcoming World Juniors.

Koch has been reassigned to Tucson (AHL).

Koch made his NHL debut with the Arizona Coyotes last season, registering 10 penalty minutes in one game. The undrafted 27-year-old Slovak made his North American debut last season, scoring 15 points (1G / 14A) in 63 games with the Tuscon Roadrunners (AHL). In a corresponding move, Utah HC has recalled Maveric Lamoureux from Tuscon.

Fleury has not drawn into Seattle's lineup yet this season, but with Vince Dunn (upper body) not eligible to return from LTIR yet, his demotion to Coachella Valley (AHL) might just be a paper transaction. Lamoureux has been recalled from Tucson (AHL).

Due to a decimated defensive core, namely Sean Durzi (shoulder) and John Marino (lower-back) being sidelined for the next several months, Utah HC have opted to recall youngster Lamoureux from the Tuscon Roadrunners (AHL). The 20-year-old Lamoureux was drafted 29th overall by the Arizona Coyotes in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft, and is currently playing his first professional season, tallying three points (2G / 1A) in his first four games with Tuscon.

Highmore has cleared waivers and been reassigned to Belleville (AHL).

Highmore spent most of the 2024 season in the AHL, where he had 31 points (9G / 22A) in 43 games. During a brief time in the NHL, he had two assists in seven games, giving him 29 points (12G / 17A) in 146 career NHL games with the Blackhawks, Canucks, Blues and Senators. He has not played yet this season and will likely make his 2024-25 debut with the Belleville Senators in the AHL.

Merilainen has been recalled from Belleville (AHL) and will back up on Tuesday in Utah.

With Linus Ullmark (strain) sidelined for at least one more game Merilainen has been recalled to serve as Anton Forsberg's backup on Tuesday against the Utah Hockey Club. The 22-year-old Merilainen has a 3.47 GAA and .852 SV% in three games with the Belleville Senators (AHL) this season (2-1-0).

Last season with Coachella Valley, Fleury had 36 points (7G / 29A) in 65 games.

The Islanders have recalled Liam Foudy from Bridgeport (AHL).

With Julie Gauthier cleared waivers on Monday, the Islanders have recalled Foudy from Bridgeport (AHL). The 24-year-old Foudy was the 18th overall pick of the Columbus Blue Jackets in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft. He played 62 games with the Blue Jackets in the 2022-23 season, scoring 14 points (7G / 7A), but has primarily been an AHL player.

Gauthier has cleared waivers and been assigned to Bridgeport (AHL).

After clearing waivers on Monday afternoon, Gauthier will report to the Bridgeport Islanders of the AHL, where he had 10 points (7G / 3A) in 17 games last season. The 27-year-old Gauthier was held off the scoresheet in his only game this season and has 41 points (19G / 22A) in 181 career NHL games.

Andrae has been reassigned to Lehigh-Valley (AHL).

Andrae was recalled by the Flyers at the beginning of the season after Nick Seeler (lower-body) was placed on Injured Reserve, but did not crack the lineup for any of the five games he was with the team. The 22-year-old defenseman appeared in four games with the Flyers in 2023-24 but spent the majority of the year with Lehigh Valley (AHL) and had five goals and 32 points in 61 games played.
