T.J. Brodie will return to the Maple Leafs' lineup Wednesday vs. Los Angeles (oblique).

Brodie has not played since Nov.11th due to an oblique injury but will draw back into the Maple Leafs' lineup Thursday as some much needed, back-end relief. The 32-year-old veteran has two assists and 16 SOG while playing a shutdown role through 15 games so far this season.

Knight will start Tuesday in Winnipeg.

Knight stopped 35 of 36 shots (.972 SV%) for his second straight victory in his last start, a 5-1 win over Seattle. The 21-year-old has enjoyed an excellent season, with his .923 SV%, 2.49 GAA and 8-3-3 record. He will go head-to-head with the Winnipeg Jets, who have won four of their last five games after a 5-2 victory over Anaheim in their last game.

Soderblom will start Tuesday in New Jersey.

Soderblom allowed three goals on 40 shots (.925 SV%) as he picked up his fifth straight loss in a defeat to the New York Islanders his last time out. The rookie has struggled with little offensive support this season, posting a 2-6-2 record with a .906 SV% and 3.21 GAA. He takes on the NHL-leading New Jersey Devils, who are 2nd in the NHL in shots per game (35.4) and fourth in goals (3.72).

Knight will start Thursday in Vancouver.

Knight allowed four goals on 40 shots (.900 SV%) as he lost in overtime for a second straight contest being downed by Edmonton. The 21-year-old has been the better of the two Panthers' goalies this season with his 6-3-3 record, .914 SV% and 2.74 GAA. He will take on the Vancouver Canucks who lost vs. Washinton in their last game snapping a three-game winning streak.

Arvid Soderblom will start Wednesday vs. the Oilers.

Soderblom stopped 21 of 23 shots (.913 SV%) in an overtime loss to Montreal in his previous start. The Blackhawks' backup has been solid in his rookie season as shown by his 2-4-2 record, .910 SV% and 3.00 GAA. He draws the Edmonton Oilers who have won their last two games and rank 10th in the NHL in goals per game with 3.36.

Teuvo Teravainen will travel with the Hurricanes and is expected to return to the lineup soon (upper body).

Teravainen has been out since Nov. 10th due to an upper-body injury but should be back soon as he joins the team on their upcoming four-game road trip. The 29-year-old had yet to score prior to his injury but has seven assists and 32 SOG through 14 games.

Knight will start Wednesday vs. the Bruins.

Knight allowed four goals on 35 shots (.886 SV%) to take his third straight loss his previous time out vs. Calgary. The 21-year-old netminder has enjoyed a very good start to the season, posting a 5-3-1 record with a 2.43 GAA and .918 SV%. He takes on the Boston Bruins who hold the league's best record (17-2-0) and are currently on a seven-game winning streak.

T.J. Brodie is not recovering as hoped from his oblique injury and will not travel with the team.

Brodie is still considered week-to-week after it was announced he had not been progressing as expected from an oblique injury. The 32-year-old hasn't played since Nov. 11th and has two assists through 15 games so far this season while posting a +4 plus/minus.
