The Islanders have acquired Adam Beckman from the Devils for Dennis Cholowski.

Beckman was the 75th overall pick of the Minnesota Wild in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft and has three points (0G / 3A) in 23 career games. The 23-year-old has spent most of the 2024-25 season in the AHL, tallying 33 points (13G / 20A) in 43 games with the Utica Comets (AHL).

Kuzmenko is expected to make his Kings’ debut on Saturday vs. St. Louis.

Kuzmenko began the season with the Calgary Flames, was traded to the Philadelphia Flyers, and was flipped to the Los Angeles Kings for a 2027 third-round pick on Friday. The Flyers are retaining 50% of Kuzmenko's contract. The impending UFA only had 15 points (4G / 11A) in 37 games with the Flames this season but was much more productive after joining the Flyers, scoring five points (2G / 3A) in seven outings.

Dobes will start in Calgary on Saturday.

The Canadiens five-game winning streak snapped in their most recent outing, a 3-2 loss to the Edmonton Oilers, and will switch to Dobes between the pipes on Saturday against the Calgary Flames. Dobes saved 23 of 25 shots (.920 SV%) in his pervious contest, a 4-2 win over the Buffalo Sabres. The 23-year-old Czech goalie has a 2.63 GAA and .909 SV% in 10 games this season (6-2-1).

Husso has been recalled from San Diego (AHL).

Husso was traded to Anaheim from the Detroit Red Wings two weeks ago. The 29-year-old Husso compiled a 36-32-11 record and an .892 SV% across parts of three seasons in Detroit, and was ultimately the odd-man out in a Red Wings crease that includes Cam Talbot and Alex Lyon. He will likely serve as the backup to Lukas Dostal on Friday night.

Kane (abdominal surgery) is not expected to return during the 2024-25 regular season.

Kane has spent the entirety of the 2024-25 season recovering from abdominal surgery and has officially been shut down for the remainder of the campaign. The 33-year-old Kane has spent the previous three seasons with the Oilers, tallying 111 points (62G / 49A) in 161 games.

Buffalo acquired Erik Brannstrom from New York for Nicolas Aube-Kubel.

Erik Brannstrom has been acquired by the Buffalo Sabres, joining his third new club in the last two seasons. The 25-year-old Brannstrom was a 15th overall pick of the Vegas Golden Knights in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft but has not live up to expectations. He has spent most of the 2024-25 season n the AHL, scoring 16 points (3G / 13A) in 14 games.

The Sharks have acquired Noah Gregor, Zack Ostapchuk, and a 2025 2nd Round Pick from the Senators for Fabian Zetterlund, Tristen Robins, and a 4th Round Pick.

Gregor has become a solid bottom-six forward over the previous four seasons and will add some depth to the Sharks' lineup. The 26-year-old Gregor scored six points (4G / 2A) in 40 games with the Senators this season.

The Sharks have acquired Zack Ostapchuk, Noah Gregor, and a 2025 2nd Round Pick from the Senators for Fabian Zetterlund, Tristen Robins, and a 4th Round Pick.

Ostapchuk was a second-round pick, 39th overall, of the Senators in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft. The 21-year-old has played a career-high 43 games with Ottawa this season, scoring four points (1G / 3A) in 43 games.

The Senators have acquired Tristen Robins, Fabian Zetterlund, and a 4th Round Pick from the Sharks for Zack Ostapchuk, Noah Gregor, and a 2025 2nd Round Pick.

Robins was a second-round pick, 56th overall, in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft. The 23-year-old has spent the entirety of the 2024-25 season in the AHL, scoring 18 points (7G / 11A) in 41 games with the San Jose Barracuda.

The Senators have acquired Fabian Zetterlund, Tristen Robins, and a 4th Round Pick from the Sharks for Zack Ostapchuk, Noah Gregor, and a 2025 2nd Round Pick.

The acquisition of Zetterlund caps a busy trade deadline for the Senators. Zetterlund has been an effective secondary scorer for the Sharks the previous two seasons, including scoring 36 points (17G / 19A) in 64 games this season.

Chicago has acquired Victor Soderstrom, Shea Weber, and Aku Raty from Utah for a 2026 6th-round pick.

Soderstrom was the 11th overall pick in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft and has 11 points (1G / 10A) in 53 career NHL games. He is a restricted free agent, currently playing for Brynas IF Gavle (SweHL), where he has 36 points (9G / 27A) in 47 games this season.

Raty was a fifth-round pick, 151st overall, of the Arizona Coyotes in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft. The 23-year-old has spent the entirety of the 2024-25 season in the AHL, tallying 19 points (4G / 15A) in 50 games with the Tucson Roadrunners.
