Budaj surrendered two goals on 24 shots in the Kings’ win over the Islanders on Wednesday. Budaj has won four in a row while allowing two goals in each start and posting a .925 SV%. Tonight he’ll take on the Blackhawks for the second time—he stopped 26 of 28 in a 3-0 loss in their first meeting.

Ward leads the Hurricanes onto the ice for warmups.
Ward allowed two goals on 22 shots in the Hurricanes’ loss in Montreal on Thursday. The loss snapped a five-game winning streak for Ward, who will go again tonight in Ottawa. Ward has gone 6-2-2 with a 1.58 GAA and .943 SV% in 10 starts in November—one of those wins was against these Senators, he stopped 30 of 32 shots in a 2-1 OT loss that night.
